Welcome to Jiyo Suthar, the official community super-app for Suthar Samaj. By downloading and using this app, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. About Jiyo Suthar

Jiyo Suthar is a community platform built exclusively for Suthar Samaj members. It provides matrimonial matching, family directory, job board (JS Kaam and JS Naukri), business directory, property listings, events, temples, blood donor network, and community feed features.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to use this app
• Matrimonial features are restricted to adults only
• You must provide a valid Indian phone number for account verification
• You agree to provide truthful information in your profile

3. Matrimonial Rules (Enforced in Code)

The following Suthar Samaj traditions are enforced at the application level and cannot be bypassed:

• Same-Gotra Block — Profiles of the same gotra are hidden from each other in search results. Sending interests to same-gotra members is blocked. This is a Suthar Samaj tradition that we enforce out of respect for the community.
• Gender Filter — Browse results automatically show profiles of the opposite gender.
• Interest Limits — Free accounts may send up to 5 interests per day.
• Profile Completion — Incomplete profiles have limited visibility in search results.

4. Community Content Rules

When posting on the Samaj Feed, Work Board, Events, or other community features, you agree NOT to:

• Post false, misleading, or deceptive information
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other community members
• Post content that disrespects Suthar Samaj traditions or Lord Vishwakarma
• Share another member's personal contact details without consent
• Post spam, advertisements unrelated to community, or pyramid schemes
• Impersonate another person or community organization

5. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for all activity on your account. You agree to keep your OTP codes confidential. Jiyo Suthar staff will never ask for your OTP. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us immediately at support@jiyosuthar.in.

6. Work Board and Business Listings

Jiyo Suthar facilitates connections between community members for employment and business. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or outcome of any transaction, employment, or service arranged through the platform. Users transact entirely at their own risk.

7. Premium Subscription

Premium features are available via a paid subscription processed through Razorpay. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. Refunds are subject to our refund policy — contact support@jiyosuthar.in within 7 days of charge for refund eligibility.

8. Intellectual Property

The Jiyo Suthar app, logo, name, and all original content within the platform are the intellectual property of the app developers. Content you create (posts, photos, listings) remains yours. You grant Jiyo Suthar a license to display your content to other community members.

9. Limitation of Liability

Jiyo Suthar is provided "as is". We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our liability is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the last 12 months, if any.

10. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in harassment, post false profiles, or circumvent platform rules. Appeals can be sent to support@jiyosuthar.in.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Rajasthan, India.
